Keep your QuikBox hardware protected. Otherwise, in the event of hardware failure, you will be responsible for both the parts and labor needed to repair the QuikBox.
Complete hardware coverage due to hardware failure – QuikBox(s) must be kept continuously on a working, appropriate sized UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for the warranty to be valid.
Includes email, phone & remote desktop support available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST Zone) Monday through Friday.
Hardware protection may only be purchased if your QuikBox has been continuously under hardware coverage or has been inspected and deemed to be of good working order.
Hardware warranty does not include damage from electricity, fire, water, natural disasters or neglect such as dropping it or lack of cooling & ventilation.
Hardware warranty does not include reconfiguring your QuikBox or data restoration in the event of hardware failure. QuikBox local and cloud based backups available.
