- Keep your QuikBox hardware protected. Otherwise, in the event of hardware failure, you will be responsible for both the parts and labor needed to repair the QuikBox.
- Complete hardware coverage due to hardware failure – QuikBox(s) must be kept continuously on a working, appropriate sized UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for the warranty to be valid.
- Includes email, phone & remote desktop support available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (CST Zone) Monday through Friday.
- Hardware protection may only be purchased if your QuikBox has been continuously under hardware coverage or has been inspected and deemed to be of good working order.
- Hardware warranty does not include damage from electricity, fire, water, natural disasters or neglect such as dropping it or lack of cooling & ventilation.
- Hardware warranty does not include reconfiguring your QuikBox or data restoration in the event of hardware failure. QuikBox local and cloud based backups available.
