Support Pack Terms
• On-site visits require a minimum billing of one hour.  Any time over the one hour is billed to the nearest quarter hour.  For example - 1 hour and 10 min would be billl 1.25 hours.
• Remote support is billed for each quarter hour
• Professional Support Packs may be used for on-site or remotely(including phone support)
• Discounted Professional Support Packs are pre-paid
• Any On-site trips are billed and settled monthly
